The HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system for air distribution (with two diameters available: 75 mm and 90 mm) was designed to meet the needs of investors and installers seeking a complete solution for single-family homes. Its modular design allows for easy customization to fit the specific requirements of any building.
The system components are made of extremely lightweight yet durable plastic material, ensuring reliable operation for years without the risk of mechanical damage or corrosion.
The original OneClick® technology of HEATPEX ARIA enables fast and convenient installation without the need for additional tools. Furthermore, this system is one of the first on the market to meet the most restrictive ATC1 (Air Tightness Class 1) standard, guaranteeing low operating costs. Together with Ultra-Fresh® technology (which exhibits 100% bactericidal activity), this ensures the highest air quality for users.

Трубы предназначены для транспортировки теплоносителя и горячей воды.
Трубы изготавливаются секциями по 6 и 12 м. Предварительно изолированные трубы могут быть оснащены установкой обнаружения влаги в полиуретановой изоляции. Стандартным решением является импульсная система обнаружения утечек. По специальному заказу можно также использовать система BRANDES, система HDW или другую систему в соответствии с индивидуальными потребностями клиента.
Предложение по стальным предварительно изолированным трубам включает в себя полный ассортимент труб, фитингов и предизолированной арматуры для транспортировки теплоносителя и горячей воды. Трубы поставляются в широком диапазоне диаметров напорных труб: для одинарной трубы от DN 20 мм до DN 1200 мм, а для двойной трубы от DN 20 мм до DN 200 мм. Для подземных тепловых сетей в качестве защитной трубы используется труба из полиэтилена высокой плотности (PEHD); для надземной прокладки тепловых сетей трубы изготавливаются в защитных оболочках из рулонных листов (тип SPIRO). Предварительно изолированные трубы могут быть оснащены установкой обнаружения влаги в полиуретановой изоляции.

Quiet and energy-efficient MVHR system
Through the use of appropriate materials and a patented OneClick® technology to connect the individual parts of the system, we have achieved the highest level of airtightness for the system (Air Tightness Class 1 or ATC1) according to the EN 17192 standard. This means that the airtightness of the system is three times higher than that of class D.
Remarkably, we achieved this level of airtightness without using any additional sealing materials during installation. The ATC1 airtightness class has been confirmed by tests performed by an independent laboratory.”

ANTIBACTERIAL COMES AS STANDARD
Breathe fresh and clean air at all times
To prevent the growth of harmful microbes, the entire HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT air distribution system is treated with Ultra-Fresh® antimicrobial additives. According to independent laboratory tests conducted in accordance with ISO 22196 standards, this treatment has been shown to reduce microbe levels by 100%.
In addition, the air ducts have a smooth inner surface that minimizes the accumulation of dirt and debris.

The HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT air distribution system has a modular design that allows for easy customization to fit the specific requirements of any building. This results in fewer unused parts, a minimized footprint, and reduced project costs.
Additionally, the distribution boxes can be connected either horizontally or vertically, allowing for increased flexibility in slot placement.

More importantly, the construction material used (PP – polypropylene) is considered safe and poses no health hazard, and is 100% recyclable
COMPACT SIZE
The small size of the HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT system allows to conceal the parts of the system in the ceiling, either in the insulation layer covered with screed or inside the plenum space if a dropped ceiling is used.
The height of the distribution box is only 10.6 cm.
LOW PRESSURE LOSS
The careful design of each single part of the system and smooth inner surface of the pipes allow to keep the system’s pressure loss low.
