An alternative for such properties is the ARIA VITALE mini decentralised heat recovery unit with a smart control system. The compact design and operating principle of the unit allow quick and convenient installation with minimal interference in the existing building fabric. This makes the solution perfectly suited to both modernised residential buildings and utility facilities.

The unit has been designed with different user needs and room types in mind. In spaces with increased humidity – such as kitchens, laundry rooms, technical rooms or pantries – units equipped with a humidity sensor are recommended. In rooms where a larger number of people are present periodically, such as living rooms, guest rooms or conference rooms, units with a built-in CO₂ sensor are the optimal solution.

ARIA VITALE mini RH is a wall-mounted decentralised heat recovery ventilation unit operating on the push-pull principle, designed for new, existing and renovated buildings. The RH version has integrated temperature and relative humidity sensors, allowing the automatic control system to help maintain the set humidity threshold in the room.

The unit combines a spherical ceramic heat exchanger, an F7 fine filter and a G3 pre-filter, an automatic backdraft damper, BOOST mode with an airflow of 60 m³/h, and control via a touch panel, remote control or Wi-Fi app.

The air ioniser is a dedicated optional accessory, available separately and controlled via the ARIA VITALE mini app or remote control after connection.

The ARIA VITALE mini decentralised heat recovery unit is available in two colour versions. White is a universal variant intended for bright interiors and office spaces. Black has been designed for modern, more distinctive interiors with dark details.

The rounded, spherical shape of the internal panel, combined with clearly defined edges, makes the unit easy to match with various interior styles.

Two functional versions are available:

ARIA VITALE mini RH – with temperature and humidity sensors, for rooms exposed to excessive moisture

ARIA VITALE mini CO₂ – with temperature and CO₂ sensors, for spaces with a higher number of users, such as living rooms, offices or conference rooms.

APPLICATION

ARIA VITALE mini is a solution intended for new buildings and, above all, for existing and modernised buildings.

Installation consists of making a 160 mm diameter opening in the external wall and placing the complete unit module inside it. From the interior side, only a small panel mounted close to the ceiling is visible.

Thanks to its compact design, the system does not take up additional space in the room. It does not require ventilation ducts, so it does not affect ceiling height or wall thickness. It also does not need a separate technical space, allowing the full functionality and aesthetics of the interior to be preserved.

FULL BALANCE

To ensure optimal operating conditions for a decentralised ventilation system, it is recommended to use an even number of units in the building.

ARIA VITALE mini enables wireless pairing of units, allowing flexible ventilation layouts adapted to the needs of the building.

In heat recovery mode, the units operate alternately – one in supply mode and the other in extract mode. This synchronisation ensures pressure balance in the rooms and increases the efficiency of ventilation and heat recovery.

In practice, this solution makes it possible to reproduce the operation of a central supply-and-extract ventilation system while retaining the advantages of a decentralised system, such as easy installation and no ventilation ductwork.

ULTRA-QUIET OPERATION

Thanks to the symmetrical airflow distribution in the streamlined, spherical internal panel and the use of high-quality components, ARIA VITALE mini achieves a very low noise level – as low as 18.6 dB(A).

Combined with universal design and the option to match the colour version to the interior arrangement, the unit remains almost invisible in the space while ensuring comfortable and discreet operation of the ventilation system.

ARIA VITALE mini stands out with full functionality available as standard. Each unit is equipped with a range of intelligent operating modes that automatically adjust system operation to room conditions and user preferences:

  • maintaining the set humidity or CO₂ concentration below a defined level
  • free cooling function supporting natural room cooling
  • the ability to create schedules and night mode
  • creating scenes and automations based on sensor readings
  • control based on air parameters or a programmed schedule

The smart modes increase user comfort and reduce energy consumption, while also supporting the eco-friendly operation of the ventilation system.

MAXIMUM FILTRATION

dual protection

The unit is equipped with a two-stage filtration system and allows an air-quality improvement function to be added in the form of an ioniser.

F7 main filter (internal panel side)

Filters the supply air, capturing smog particles, pollen and some biological contaminants such as bacteria and viruses.

G3 pre-filter (external intake/exhaust terminal side)

Captures larger contaminants such as dust, insects and leaf fragments, while protecting unit components including the heat exchanger, fan and electronics.

Air ionisation

Supports the neutralisation of fine airborne particles, improving the perceived freshness of the air and the comfort of using the rooms. In addition, it can support the reduction of aerosols and dust suspended in indoor air.

By combining multi-stage filtration with ionisation, the unit provides a high level of air quality and component protection, increasing the durability and reliability of the system.

HIGHEST PERFORMANCE

The unit has been designed for maximum efficiency while maintaining compact dimensions. The unit fits standard dimensions well known to installers – the ventilation duct diameter is 160 mm, which facilitates installation in typical building partitions.

Despite its small dimensions, the unit achieves very high performance:

  • 50 m³/h – nominal airflow rate (supply or extract)
  • 60 m³/h – airflow rate in BOOST mode (supply or extract)

These parameters are achieved with two filters installed, including a high-efficiency F7 filter, allowing high airflow performance to be combined with effective air filtration.

The use of ceramic beads allows better storage and gradual release of energy, resulting in a more even supply air temperature and higher room comfort.

Makes it easier to maintain high unit efficiency, reduces the risk of mould and fungal growth and ensures long-term, stable heat exchange performance.
