The HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system for air distribution (with two diameters available: 75 mm and 90 mm) was designed to meet the needs of investors and installers seeking a complete solution for single-family homes. The system components are made of extremely lightweight yet durable plastic material, ensuring reliable operation for years without the risk of mechanical damage or corrosion.

The original OneClick® technology of HEATPEX ARIA enables fast and convenient installation without the need for additional tools. Furthermore, this system is one of the first on the market to meet the most restrictive ATC1 (Air Tightness Class 1) standard, guaranteeing low operating costs. TOP AIRTIGHTNESS CLASS (ATC 1)

Quiet and energy-efficient MVHR system

Through the use of appropriate materials and a patented OneClick® technology to connect the individual parts of the system, we have achieved the highest level of airtightness for the system (Air Tightness Class 1 or ATC1) according to the EN 17192 standard. This means that the airtightness of the system is three times higher than that of class D.

 

Remarkably, we achieved this level of airtightness without using any additional sealing materials during installation. The ATC1 airtightness class has been confirmed by tests performed by an independent laboratory.”

INSTALLATION FASTER THAN EVER BEFORE

ONECLICK technology®

The heat recovery system features our original OneClick technology®, which allows all parts of the system to be connected without the need for tools. This makes installation quick and convenient, and any necessary modifications can be easily made without the risk of damaging the components.

 

Additionally, flexible corrugated pipes are used in the installation process, eliminating the need for fittings such as pipe elbows and further simplifying the process.”

ANTIBACTERIAL COMES AS STANDARD

Breathe fresh and clean air at all times

To prevent the growth of harmful microbes, the entire HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT air distribution system is treated with Ultra-Fresh® antimicrobial additives. According to independent laboratory tests conducted in accordance with ISO 22196 standards, this treatment has been shown to reduce microbe levels by 100%.

 

In addition, the air ducts have a smooth inner surface that minimizes the accumulation of dirt and debris.

Additionally, the distribution boxes can be connected either horizontally or vertically, allowing for increased flexibility in slot placement.

    The small size of the HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT system allows to conceal the parts of the system in the ceiling, either in the insulation layer covered with screed or inside the plenum space if a dropped ceiling is used.

    The height of the distribution box is only 10.6 cm.

  • LOW PRESSURE LOSS

    The careful design of each single part of the system and smooth inner surface of the pipes allow to keep the system’s pressure loss low.
