Pre-insulated pipes
DELTA pre-insulated pipes are a safe and efficient solution for the transmission of hot and cold domestic water, as well as for heating medium distribution. The carrier pipe diameters range from 20 to 160 mm, enabling versatile applications. The pipes are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 15632-1 and 3 standards.
The PE foam filling and corrugated polyethylene (PE-HD) protective casing make the pipes flexible and resistant to mechanical damage during installation and when routing around obstacles. The flexible construction also significantly reduces installation time.
The insulation layer made of chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam with low air conductivity minimises heat losses during fluid transfer. As a result, this solution is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

DISCOVER ALL ADVANTAGES OF DELTA

VERSATILITY
Reliable transport of domestic hot water and heating medium for connecting residential houses, individual cooling networks and biogas plant installations.
Temperature resistance up to 95°C enables the pipe to be used in a wide range of heating applications with variable heat sources.
The carrier pipe is available in diameters ranging from 20 to 160 mm, forming a complete system with performance tailored to the needs of each customer.
Pipes are supplied in coils with a maximum length of 100 m. Custom pipe lengths can also be manufactured according to individual project requirements.

SECURITY
High pressure resistance of both PEX-a and PE pipes ensures safe and reliable operation of the pipeline throughout its entire service life.
Dezincification-resistant brass fittings are approved by hygienic certification for the transmission of drinking water.
Resistance to soil pressure and additional surface loads provides durability even in demanding ground conditions.
The outstanding service life of the installation is ensured by the high-quality components used in the DELTA system, guaranteeing long-term comfort and reliability.
A dedicated identification marker facilitates future contact with the system manufacturer in the event of pipeline modification or expansion.

SAVINGS
Low value of the thermal conductivity coefficient,
provides measurable savings in the process operation. The ability to self-compensate for thermal elongations.
Reduction of total assembly costs compared to traditional use pre-insulated pipes.

Ease of assembly
Elbows, sleeves and tees available pre-insulated to perform the necessary connections along the pipeline route allow for quick and easy to install directly in the trench.
Thanks to high flexibility and minimal bending radius from 0.25 to 1.26 m, the use of additional couplings for the obstacle avoiding during the pipeline laying process is not required.
APPLICATION
- Transmission of heating medium with a maximum operating temperature of 95°C and a maximum working pressure of 0.6 MPa
- Transmission of hot and cold domestic water, as well as circulation systems, with a maximum operating temperature of 95°C and maximum working pressures of 0.6 MPa and 1.0 MPa
- LOW-TEMPERATURE HEAT DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS
- TRANSPORT OF HOT AND COLD TAP WATER AND DRINKING WATER
- REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS – DISTRIBUTION OF CHILLED WATER AND GLYCOL SOLUTIONS
- GEOTHERMAL INSTALLATIONS
- TECHNOLOGICAL NETWORKS IN THE FOOD AND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES
- CONNECTION OF MONOBLOC HEAT PUMPS
- BIOGAS PLANTS – TRANSIT NETWORKS
Properties of the PE100 HD carrier pipe
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is used for pipe production in accordance with PN-EN 12202-2. HDPE pipes are designed for both underground and above-ground installations intended for the transmission of drinking water, as well as water for technical or industrial applications.
PE100 HD is characterised by high resistance to impact loads during pipe installation, a wide operating temperature range allowing works to be carried out throughout the year, and excellent resistance to most chemical compounds.
Advantages of PE100 polyethylene:
- High pressure resistance for applications not requiring elevated temperatures
- Versatility of use and low self-weight
- Lower purchase cost for the investor compared to other plastic piping systems
- Strength and durability at low temperatures
- High flexibility
- Recyclable material
