The HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT semi-rigid ducting system for air distribution is a guarantee of an energy-efficient heat recovery installation, ensuring clean and fresh air in the home thanks to the Ultra-Fresh® antibacterial coating. The system is available in three diameters: 63 mm, 75 mm and 90 mm.
Developed on the basis of many years of expert experience and manufactured using high-quality components, ARIA CONNECT — together with the ARIA ADURO system — forms a complete air distribution solution for HEATPEX ARIA heat recovery systems.

Firstly, investors and installers can efficiently design the ventilation infrastructure using the intuitive ARIA PLANNER application, which simplifies documentation and generates a complete bill of materials in just three simple steps.
Secondly, the system is equipped with the original OneClick® technology, enabling fast, convenient and tool-free installation.
Thirdly, the system meets the most restrictive ATC1 (Air Tightness Class 1) standard in accordance with PN-EN 17192, ensuring lower noise levels and an energy-efficient heat recovery system.

The ARIA VITALE ventilation unit (MVHR) is built using premium components, designed for fast and effortless installation. Its innovative casing is made from laser-enhanced expanded polypropylene (EPP), making the unit lightweight, quiet, and visually appealing, while also being environmentally friendly.
Uniquely, this heat recovery unit can be installed in six different positions without compromising efficiency, making both installation and maintenance exceptionally easy. The intuitive control panel is simple to use and requires no specialized technical knowledge.
The ARIA VITALE PLATINUM Enthalpy CF is equipped with an enthalpy exchanger for moisture recovery, along with temperature, humidity, and CO₂ sensors. This model also features the Constant Flow (CF) function, ensuring a stable airflow regardless of changing indoor or outdoor conditions.

Semi-rigid air distribution system

Through the use of appropriate materials and a patented OneClick® technology to connect the individual parts of the system, we have achieved the highest level of airtightness for the system (Air Tightness Class 1 or ATC1) according to the EN 17192 standard. This means that the airtightness of the system is three times higher than that of class D.
Remarkably, we achieved this level of airtightness without using any additional sealing materials during installation. The ATC1 airtightness class has been confirmed by tests performed by an independent laboratory.”
The heat recovery system features our original OneClick technology®, which allows all parts of the system to be connected without the need for tools. This makes installation quick and convenient, and any necessary modifications can be easily made without the risk of damaging the components.
Additionally, flexible corrugated pipes are used in the installation process, eliminating the need for fittings such as pipe elbows and further simplifying the process.”



To prevent the growth of harmful microbes, the entire HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT air distribution system is treated with Ultra-Fresh® antimicrobial additives. According to independent laboratory tests conducted in accordance with ISO 22196 standards, this treatment has been shown to reduce microbe levels by 100%.
In addition, the air ducts have a smooth inner surface that minimizes the accumulation of dirt and debris.
The HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT air distribution system has a modular design that allows for easy customization to fit the specific requirements of any building. This results in fewer unused parts, a minimized footprint, and reduced project costs.
Additionally, the distribution boxes can be connected either horizontally or vertically, allowing for increased flexibility in slot placement.

The use of double wall pipes and optimal airflow design minimizes the noise generated by air flow, which is particularly important for ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.

The system components are made of extremely light yet durable plastic material, ensuring reliable operation for years without the risk of mechanical damage or corrosion.
More importantly, the construction material used (PP – polypropylene) is considered safe and poses no health hazard, and is 100% recyclable
The small size of the HEATPEX ARIA CONNECT system allows to conceal the parts of the system in the ceiling, either in the insulation layer covered with screed or inside the plenum space if a dropped ceiling is used.
The height of the distribution box is only 10.6 cm.
The careful design of each single part of the system and smooth inner surface of the pipes allow to keep the system’s pressure loss low.
